Survey Tips

Consider your survey audience and the response type you will use to collect the feedback when constructing your question.

For instance, if surveying a small population for suggestions on improving their experience with your company, a Single Textbox question would allow them to type a short text response to suggest their own ideas. However, if asking the same question of a larger population, where reading through a large quantity of responses would be time consuming, a Matrix response would be a better option. This response type would allow participants to rate each topic you present, providing data that can be easily graphed and analyzed. Survey Question Types
